Yes, I'll admit, I'm a bandwagon-er

I have two friends who have weight-loss blogs. So I guess you could say, I'm jumpin on the bandwagon.

I see my friends blogs, and see all the encouragement they receive from them, and I feel like I could use the same encouragement.

So...here it goes.

I've done the diet thing off and on since I was 13. I was 13 when I when I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting. 13. Yeah. I turn 25 in a week and am still not happy with where I am.

Over the last year I've lost 30 lbs by doing weight watchers, as well as running (I LOVE to run--I just wish my knees loved it as much as the rest of my body does), and medication from my endocrinologist (I'm not taking a weight-loss drug, per se, it's just one of the added benefits of the medication).

But I have another 50-70lbs to go before I'd be ok with the weight I'm at. According to the BMI Index, I actually need to lose another 90. However, I don't necessarily see that being healthy. Sooo...we'll see.

Other than that, not much else to say. I'm working toward another 25 lbs. I'd like to be there by the end of January. But with the holiday's around the corner, this could be a challenge.

Stay strong!
Meg
