#fitblog

So, my friend britt introduced me to this tweet chat called #fitblog.

They chat on Tuesday evenings from 9 - 10pm eastern time. I gotta tell you, it's been so inspiring. I've made a few comments, but for the most part, I've just been reading along. It makes me want to go hit the gym. Unfortunately, it's too close to bedtime to really go do that.

But there's always tomorrow. ;-)

This week has been rough. I seem to slip into my old habits pretty easy. I keep telling myself, "Oh, what's a chocolate bar--I've been good all day, I can eat it!" But really, I know deep down I shouldn't.

How do you fight self-sabotage?
